Set up your account

  1. 痴颈蝉颈迟听
  2. Select "Employer Registration."
  3. Fill in profile details (those marked with an asterisk are required fields).
  4. Select your primary recruitment target. (This selection only determines which unit will review and make your account available; you are welcome to recruit from any unit available through myCareer.)
  5. Once you鈥檝e created your profile, you will receive an email notifying you that your account request has been sent for approval. Once approval has been granted, you will receive a second email indicating that your account is ready to be used.

Post a job

  1. Log into聽聽with your username and password.
  2. Select the blue 鈥淧ost a New Job鈥 button from the top menu.
  3. Select whether you are hiring for:
    - (Non co-op jobs) full-time/part-time/summer/volunteer/intern/casual
    - Science, IT and Engineering Co-op jobs
    - Management Co-op 鈥 Internship jobs
  4. Carefully read and accept our Terms And Conditions
  5. Remove any contact details you do not wish to show on the job posting.聽We ask that you leave your name and title so that students can address their cover letters.
  6. Complete the job posting form, entering the job detail to the available fields, and submit.

myCareer generates automatic email notifications to students聽when aspects of your posting match a student's identified preferences聽(e.g. position type, geographic location, employment sector, etc.).

Consider requesting a CCR from your applicants

This includes their volunteer work, on-campus employment, service leadership, varsity membership and awards.
