DalCard is now offering appointment-only service.
Book your appointment time online: dal.ca/dalcard
Services being offered by appointment include:
- New DalCards
- DalCard replacements (To expedite the replacement process, please ensure you have $15 deposited on your account for the replacement fee prior to visiting the office.)
- DalCard troubleshooting
- UPass pickup and replacement ($15 replacement fee, please deposit this on your account prior to the appointment.)
NOTE: The DalCard office will not be offering photo services and PIN resets. These can be done online at dal.ca/dalcard.
