Tuesday ~ Creamy Tomato & Basil Soup finished with a dollop of sour cream~ Special = Vegetarian Tacos with lentils, spiced with cumin and oregano finished with chopped onions , tomatoes, lettuce , salsa and cheddar cheese& side of pasta salad
Wednesday ~ Corn and Ham Chowder ~ Special = Spring Cheese Tortellini Salad tossed in our French Vinaigrette with fresh cherry tomatoes, basil , spinach and feta ~ finished with green onion and fresh lemon
