Beginning Monday, December 19, parking meters on the Killam loop (in front of the Killam Library) will be replaced by Pay and Display machines. The cost remains the same at $2 per hour.
A ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ parking permit is not needed for this area and a pay & display ticket must be displayed from 7:00 am through 4:30 pm weekdays, or vehicles may be ticketed, booted or towed. Even those with Dal parking permits must still show proof of payment.Â
Several of the meters in this area were failing and the Pay and Display machines provide more reliable payment methods. Information on all parking options at ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ can be found here.
