Groundbreaking will commence sometime this week, with excavation for site services at the intersection of Lord ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Drive and Castine Way. A partial street closure will be required and is expected to last into July, which may cause disruption to vehicle traffic at the intersection. Access to the parking lot at the end of Lord ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Drive will be maintained throughout construction.

Construction is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2015.
