Research Competition: Small Scale Pilot Study for Patient Safety Innovation

The Canadian Patient Safety Institute, Accreditation Canada and the Canadian Home Care Association are pleased to announce their joint call for proposals for a small-scale pilot study seeking to answer the following question: What can we learn from the patient/ client experience at the primary care/ home care interface that will help us improve safety?

The aim of this study will be to design and evaluate a new process, tool or resource, or to improve and evaluate an existing process, tool or resource.
